Looking for taller front sight

A friend bought a new 686 and now can not crank the sight low enough to get it to print center hold. The recoil dynamics are getting to him. I told him to increase his load if he wanted it to print lower but he is using factory 158gr LRN for DR. Anyone know where to find a taller front sight that fits the 686? Not fiber optic. Thanks
