What recoil spring do folks use with their Nelson units when running the Nelson rubber recoil buffer and shooting high velocity ammunition? I realize standard velocity ammo is the norm in bullseye competition, but I am not shooting bullseye and I run high velocity ammo. I am asking here because more folks use Nelson units here than any other place I know of.

I run the 9lb for standard velocity many run the 8. Nelson makes a "heavy" 10lb.
