I may be able to help with what you're looking for. I make custom target pistol grips using a wood composite material and 3d-printing. I've made lots of grips for customers here and on TargetTalk, where you can search Precision Target Pistol Grips for reviews and more information. I've done lots of 208 grips for guys who want a different shape. If you can describe what you're after, I bet I can make it for you.

You can take the hump off a cmm arched grip and make it a flat with a end mill in minutes or even a file in a short time.
