I have a rattle......... Empty I have a rattle.........

inside my brand new Ultradot 30 mm ? I used it today for maybe the fifth time and it functions as it should ?
Mounted securely to my RO 45.
Anyone heard of this or should I just send it back and do without for now ?

I have had a rattle with an old Ultradot. In hat case it eventually stopped adjusting left/right.

That is my fear, it sounds like a very tiny screw or nut/ bolt.
