Ruger Mk II rear sight

Are aftermarket target sights available for the Ruger Mk II 5-1/2 bull barrel target model?

Kensight makes one but you have to also to buy a replacement front sight because of height.  Volquartsen makes a decent one also does not require front sight replacement.  If I was doing it again I would buy the Kensight.  Have used them on my ball gun and they are very solid and repeatable.

Millet used to make a very good rear sight for the Ruger Mk Target pistols. I bought one 20 years ago and put it on a 22/45. Just last week I moved it over to a MkII that I just bought. If you can find one used, highly recommended. Other than that, Kensight or Volquartsen are all I'm aware of.

The Millet will be tough to find since they have not made metallic sights for several years now only scopes and red dots and I am not sure about that now.
