Cleaning aid

when cleaning your revolver you must go from the bore . Obviously .....A cheap and quick way to protect the crown is to get a Bic Click Stick pen and remove everything and put the white plastic tube on your cleaning rod.....works great...just push the tube into the bore as the brush or jag starts in and you will get no rifleing to cleaning rod contact......I do this on my 1911 as well since I dont remove the bushing very often.......
