Commercial row hours?

This will be my first trip to Perry.  Im only going as a guest (long story) but I already have plans working to shoot next year. I'm very new to BE and know nothing about how to go about even going as a spectator.  Im very interested in the swap meet and commercial row. I know the meet is on Tue at 7 but does commercial row have hours of operations posted anywhere? Thanks for your help and any suggestions.  Ive read a mountain of info on this site that I don't think I could have gotten any where else.
