Redding Special Expander Die

Hello all,

Has anyone used the Redding Special Expander Die?
           
I'm curious on how well the "industrial hard surface" coating lasts and what the diameter is of the actual expander (best for jacketed or lead).

Works fine, like a Lyman M die. Also look at their micrometer seater and crimper....super nice tools.

That hard coating looks like Titanium Nitride.  It’s harder than woodpecker lips.

The nose on mine is .449, and leadin is .454.

I emailed them to see if they would sell me just the TiN coated plug to put in the existing Redding die body.
