Federal brass headstamps Empty Federal brass headstamps

I have just begun reloading a few months ago, and started sorting my brass. I found some new Federal headstamps that I have not seen before. They almost look like they are stamped in...very different than the “normal” federal stamp. Anyone seen these before? Are they better/worse than the usual. Thanks for any insight.
