Strong Case Slides

Does anyone know what brand or source Strong Case used for the drawer slides in their their metal boxes?  The mounting hooks seems to make them unique.

Not a expert in this area but some of the earlier ones, with the "press in / pry out" slots seemed to unique to Strong Case.  The later drawer slides (that mounted with screws) looked pretty much hardware store standard.

I have a question on how to replace the 2 screws that bolt the lid down on place

Those are not screws.  They are blind rivets.  The strong case sides are double wall.
