Does anybody know if this site is still running. Checked for Cardinal results and encountered dead links and no new info. Thanks

The site is up, running and has over a thousand users. I’m curious as to where you are finding broken links? Results being posted are up to the match directors using the tools of the site. Some choose to use the old fashioned spreadsheet methods, others make their lives easier and use the PSM scoring and reporting tools.

Does PSM actually have a newsletter? I signed up for their mailing list and they've never sent me anything.

Yes, there have been and will once again, be newsletters. They have been paused mostly because of the pandemic but hopefully will be starting up again shortly. What would be really helpful? If we could get some contributors to send articles, pictures from local leagues, events and matches related to the sport, as well as som "snippets" (short articles--a paragraph or two with accompanying pictures). 
That would keep the flow of newsletters rolling nicely.
