I know that we are supposed to stay away from the politics, however, in this case I could not just bite my tongue (or fingers, as it may).

Lawsuits get filed all the time. Many (most?) go nowhere. If it gets the NRA to spend more money on members and less on executives' percs then hooray. I wont' hold my breath.

It will get thrown out before it gets to court, but now she has her name in the news in an election year, and her anti-gun constituents will be so proud of her.
