RCBS shoutout

The basket for my 3 year old RCBS ultra sonic cleaner cracked and was on it's last legs, I called RCBS to see if I could get a new one and they shipped me one at no cost.  Very nice of them, great customer service.

Same thing happened for me.  I had an old powder measure that was black and bumpy on the inside, had to be at least 30 yrs old.  Called them and they sent me a new hopper and cover for the old powder measure.  No problem.

RCBS had "Dillon" service before Dillon was born.. my nephew just got a ram for a 1970s RC he is rebuilding. Zero cost..

My experience with RCBS service is more than outstanding.  They bend over backwards to satisfy the customer.

I broke the screw on cap of my kinetic bullet puller. They sent me a complete unit. Can't beat that!

Just don't try to get anything done on an RCBS Sidewinder case tumbler or one of their digital scale.  Those were a no-go for me.  The tumbler was 3 years old and the scale just over 1 year.
