I can also attest to Dave's work.  He's a member of my gun club and is very reliable.

If you consider Maine...

Gus Norcross in Damariscotta, ME. ( "Angus Arms"). Excellent work. He built a wadgun and hardball gun for me. Both were on Springfield Armory MILSPEC platforms ( with NM prefix. s/n). He also made up a Garand match rifle for me ( Criterion barrel, trigger job, stock fitting ( not epoxy-bedded so it would be match legal). Again, very happy with his work on that project.
