Clark long slide

I found this .38 Clark longslide in local shop. It has interesting engravings on both sides of the slide. Also a pretty big grip mount for a real scope. The hammer seems to be rubbing the sear real hard. Almost can't feel the trigger reset. I was taught that this is too much trigger over travel. They would not field strip the gun so I could see build date or any serial number engraved on barrel. Has 3 magazines. $2K. I have attached a few pictures. Looking to see if anyone recognizes the engraving. Opinion on trigger bumping sear.
