Scoring a 2700 Empty Scoring a 2700

Hello 
Just wondering about a app. to score a 2700 match.  It looks like our old stat person was using Tournament 2.0,  He pass away and I don't seem to be able to open program.  I found something on the forum called StatOffice Excel spreadsheet.  It looks like this goes with Tournament 2.0.  Can anybody help me out?
