Go to the Texas A&M International match Feb 2-4 l think.

get a copy of Feeling Centre by Bruce Martindale and follow the book. Then seek a coach. I rate this as a great substitute for a coach. I am NOT knocking the idea of a personal coach nbut if you follow Bruce you may appreciate the coaching inputs better
