Leupold 15-30 X 50 Golden Ring Spotting scope

A shooting friend has one of these and I really like it.
It's very clear and bright. Best of all it's a more compact size then the scope I've been
using since I began shooting in the 1970's.
I've shopped around quite a bit online but seems around $399 is the gong price from
recognized retailers.
Does anyone know of a better price anywhere?
