Woodall Custom 1911

Good evening all,
   Looking for any information on a Woodall Custom 1911. The Gunsmith or any data on the guns quality of work. I have Googled and am at my ends. Thank you.

Are you looking for a smith for bullseye work or just general 1911 work? If you give us more info it will help us help you.

I should clarify, I recently saw a 1911 that was a woodall custom. Never heard of the Gunsmith and could not find anything on the net, so I thought maybe one of our guys had heard of the name, or maybe seen the work. I know we are a Bullseye community, but was hoping maybe someone had run into this work in the past.

Thank you. I was hoping maybe one of our Smiths might have worked on a Woodall gun or heard of their work. I will make the assessment that the Woodall brand is not something seen in the BE community. Thank you for the assist.

Maybe a local smith who can do a bullseye gun but it isn’t his specialty. Building an accurate 1911 isn’t rocket science. Lots more want racegun customs than Bullseye pistols these days and few local smiths can even specialize on pistols alone much less bullseye 1911s. It might be fine, it might be iffy, only way is to try it and see.
