Ruger Mk III feed issues Empty Ruger Mk III feed issues

I have had issues with the Ruger Mk III failing to chamber a round.  The round sticks at about a 45 degree angle up from the magazine, stuck in the top of the chamber opening.  Looking for a reason and fix if possible.

Check the firing pin return spring. Had the same issue not that long ago.
