Brownells hazmat charge hack

FYI
I placed a case of primers in my cart a few days ago, but didn't purchase. A day later, I got an email coupon for free shipping and $10 off, i didnt buy. A few days later, I got a second email with free shipping and $15 off. As the hazmat charge is 19, it gets to be close to a wash.
So, if there is a good price on powder or primers, might something to try.

They do free hazmat and shipping for orders over $150 sometimes too.
