I am not very good at computer things
I have sent a MP but not sure it went through or if I did it right 
is there a help sticky of this

Go back to your messages, and at the top of the page you will see "Inbox" "Sentbox" and "Outbox". If you sent it it will be in either the "Sentbox" or the "Outbox". It remains in your "Outbox" until it is read by the recipient, and then it will show up in your "Sentbox".
