Different Model Smith and Wesson 14?

What is the different models of the smith and Wesson model 14? I am looking for a 38 target revolver to shoot outside events like bowling pins etc.

The model 14 had small changes over the years of production but there is one major difference and that is the 14-6 which has a full length under lug where the other models do not. So there is a weight and balance difference. That’s about it.
