38 Sp brass

I have a a gallon zipper bag of 38 SP brass with a "star I star" stamp I have 
never seen before.
This came with a 52 S&W I purchased a while back.
Any info will be great!

I will load these with 2.8BE and Remington HBWC for long line.
I have tested some DEWC for timed and rapid and they shoot on call and bench well in the ten ring.
I'm waiting on some HBWC from Zero in 38.
I did receive some 200 LSWC 45 cal from Zero and they shoot great for short line too.

The "I" is actually a line. As in * (star) | (line).

Instead of Starline, I think this is the Independence Ammo headstamp, which is the cheaper CCI/Speer line that they have had made for them on contract. Over time, they have had Magtech and IMI make loads for them; no idea who is making it today.

That is definitely Independence brand brass. Probably made by CBC/Magtech on contract for Speer/CCI.
