WTS progressive loader

This is a Phelps progressive loader, a close copy to the venerable Star Progressive loaders.  Comes with both the 38 special and 45 ACP heads, ready to load.  Includes change over tools but no pick up tubes.  The charge bars are fixed but I can install bars very close to your specifics.  The machine is in good working order and not lose or sloppy.  $600 plus $50 shipping.  PM me for photos.  This site says my image size are too big.
