.32 ACP brass from .223?

.32 ACP brass from .223?
Has anyone successfully made .32 ACP brass from cutting off a .223 case? The outside dimensions look right. My first concern would be that the 223 brass walls are too thick for typical .32 ACP bullets.

Just blow it out straight, stick a bullet in it, and call it a 32 ACR.

32 ACP is Semi-rimmed, 223 is rimless. And of course the thickness thing too.
