I have an older NM 1911 with a Remington Rand slide. It has a Triangle HEG rear sight that fits the uncut GI slide. The rear sight blade flew off when firing it out in the back yard today. Now I’m in a bind to find a rear target sight for an uncut GI slide. The front target sight is .250 tall.
Before I go out throwing money for a sight that won’t fit, doesn’t anyone have the model number of for a rear target sight that will fit without machining the slide?

My first thought would be to give either Dawson Precision or Kensight a call.
