Thanks for posting these exercises. To paraphrase Yogi Berra Shooting is 90 percent mental, the other half is physical. I have found that visualization has helped me to progress and have more fun in a variety (skiing, rock climbing cycling) of sports. In that respect shooting is no different. The beauty of this is you can practice these drills anywhere you have a safe wall to point your pistol. A few minutes a day of focused intensity is sure to pay off.
