Re: Show Me Your Bullseye Pistols
To post a pic in a reply look at the toolbar above where the text goes once you open the reply box, find the box with 2 squares in it(those are suppose to be pictures) click on it and a browse box should open, hit browse and then find the picture you want to post on your computer and upload it, once it uploads and fills the box at the bottom of the browse box with script, copy it and then click the box on the toolbar next to the 2 pic box that has one pic in it, a box will open and you paste the text in it and hit ok. It will put the script in your reply and show the pic when you hit send. I know, it sounds complicated but its easy.

Re: Show Me Your Bullseye Pistols
Another photo showing my free pistol below my Keefer Custom. This is a Toz 35M, with a Rink grip and fore end. It has a one of a kind barrel weight just at the muzzle.

AW93 custom optic mount by Roddy Toyota
Roddy Toyota figured out what I think is the best optic mount solution for the AW93. The 25mm Ultradot is very low profile to the barrel. The mount is 13mm wide allowing the gun to be disassembled easily. Rings are Leupold rimefire low 13mm x 25mm. Another plus is the open sights can be used with mount still attached, just have to remove the scope.[img]

Re: Show Me Your Bullseye Pistols
Here is my Hämmerli 208s. It has custom Nill grips. The scope is mounted using two grooves machined by George Madore directly on the barrel.

I have been using this for bullseye since 2002.

Avatar
Slocat, please disregard my question to you about how to create an avatar I think I have it created now. I hope to be using my Dave Salyer pistol trio. We'll see. I'm struggling to figure out how things work here and trying to get used to the new format of doing things. Eric

Re: Show Me Your Bullseye Pistols
Eric,
A couple of questions on your Salyer pistols:
Are the front straps checkered or stippled?
Did you consider a beaver tail grip safety? If not, why?
Just curious.

My Salyer pistols have skateboard tape instead of checkering or stippling.

I posted the Taurus for someone else. I am mystified as to why you don't see my photos. They are hosted by ImageShack. We need to get a computer guru to explain this.JGHermann wrote:I see some of the others. Not all. I can see your Taurus but not the others.

Uploading a picture
This is probably not the correct way but it does work for me. Under the "Title of the topic" are 26 small icons. Click on the one that says "Host an image" when you point at it. Click on it and a box will appear that says "Host an image." Click the box that says browse to find your picture and double click on it. Now click on the box right below that says "Host it". Highlight and copy the link that now appears. Go back to the 26 small icons and click on the one that says "Image" and paste the link you just copied and hit the button that says "Ok" right under it. Then simply scroll to the bottom of the page and click Send. You can preview it first if you would like and then hit Send later. Hope this helps. It is confusing but it does work.
