Has anybody dealt with this web before?  They have a gun of interest   What’s the best way to know if it’s a scam?

My spidy sense is saying scam. The phone number is in LA, the address on the website is a suite in a high end area of Phoenix. Website says Copyright 2012-2021 but website registered in Dec 2020 according to Shopify WhoIs database.
