Slide has horizontal play

I have a RO with about 6k rounds ithas  lot of horizontal movement ln the slide.Ir is a 45   d I ha ve done  new bushing. Trying to figure easy wY to tighten slide . I have slide rail   clamp to do the old way but don't know aBout the metal on the Ro. Just shoot club matches. I am 76 don't want to spend the money for a full job if I can tighten it my self. Any tips I would appreciate. Thanks

I would leave it alone. If you have NM barrel fit, almost all vertical and majority of horizontal play will come out. New barrel with good fitting bottom lugs will help out. 
You are aiming off the slide:irons/optics. It only matters with a frame mount.
If you want to tighten it, get the Kuhnhausen book. Peening rails isn’t for the faint hearted. You’re beating that rail damn hard. It’s not a DIY gunsmithing that I recommend doing without the right tools and someone to teach you. The chances of screwing up are HIGH. You’re better off getting Accu-Rails.

Thanks Jon I just need to save up and send it to you to fix right. I shoot 4.2 wst 200gr swc or 185 hp.
About what would cost be to do rails and barrel?

It may not really help, but the rattle will go away. Use STP or grease on the slide/rails.

Thanks might try that stp still got a can.

Wouldn't worry too much about the frame to slide fit as a bullseye gunsmith hard-fit barrel job would take care of that.
