I just bought a Colt Woodsman heavy 6" barrel , I see that in competition the only choice is for S&W 41 between them.. any special reasons ? Accuracy same or maybe better in my Colt.

My dad shot the MT from his Canoe U (USNA) days until the 80s. His only complaint was finding parts/springs and someone to tune it as it wasn't well hardened and would lose accuracy/reliability about every case of ammo.

Shoot it until it breaks. The only drawbacks that I see are the only reasonably priced magazines are Triple K and there is no  way to mount a scope. Unless the accuracy has been tested at 50 yards between it and a model 41, there is no way to say which one is more accurate. They're beautiful pistols.
