Messgaes stuck in Outbox

I wrote PMs to a member in response to items I was selling.  When I finished it indicated that each message was "SENT".

However, when I went to the "Sent" messages these new message were NOT there.  I went to the "Outbox" and saw they were still there.  One was from 25Dec and the other from 7Jan.  These were time-sensitive and required a timely response to buy/sell.

WHAT GIVE?

Why were these messages shown as "Sent" but then wound up in "Outbox" limbo?

I have been told by one of the Admins it is because the person receiving the PM has not read it yet!!!!

The receiver may also not get the message if their "Inbox" is full. Thus leaving it in your "Outbox"

Or your sent box or any other box is full. Check those too

Thank you for this information.  You may be correct about the "100% full".  I recently noticed both my In and Sent boxes were full so I did some purging.

The "time-sensitive" aspect of those massages has now passed so I'm not going to concern myself with them.
