The Cardinal Center Empty The Cardinal Center

Hey guys, 
Does anyone know how to register for a bullseye match at:  The Cardinal Center (Columbus, Ohio).
They never ever answer the phone number listed on their website.   There web site instructs you to go to a page for registration, but when you go to it:  NOTHING!

I believe 2024 registration has not opened yet.
