Magtech 22lr

Any one have any experience with Ammo City Supply? They have a 5000 round case of Magtech 22lr for $257.49. when deals like this come along the bologna meter starts screaming.

No experience with Ammo City Supply, but Magtech is decent ammo. There’s lots of negative reviews of that supplier, so caution is advised.

Magtech in my Nelson is strictly a pratice round. I get too many fail=to=fire to use in a match.

Because this site was cloned, I might ask him to supply a picture of the ammo and an adjacent local newspaper with a today’s date and headline/front page shown in the same image. Kinda like what is recommended when you have a suspect private gun seller.

I just received my case of Magtech 22. From the time I placed the order until I received it was five days. Ammo City Supply is legit. They also have Aguila super extra for about $20 more per case. My case of Magtech 22 was 277.48 shipped. CCI SV was out of stock.

Reviving this thread with update, - I asked Michael Lee of Ammo City Supply to ping me when Magtech SV is back in stock.  He promised to do so, and kept his word - I just got email from him.  Needless to say I do appreciate such and immediately placed an order.  Same price as before, and with shipping my total cost was exactly the same as Bill's in his post.  Free shipping on $1,000 orders.  That is for four cases.

The price is very compelling

Yes.  With Magtech SV I had lesser number or feeding and other issues (i.e. incomplete cycling, when fired round ejected but next one didn't load, or duds) then with Aguila SE.  Especially latest iteration of Aguila.  However to be clear, Magtech SV is inexpensive training ammo.  Hence expect it performing as such as opposed to even low end Eley (i.e. Club).
