GSP in .32?
First topic message reminder :
It is possible that I may be able to get my hands on a GSP in .32 S&W Long for fairly cheap, and I had some questions.. I haven't seen it yet but hope to do so soon.
Is there anything I should know about this gun before I buy it?
Are there any sort of wear marks that would indicate it's not a good purchase?
Anything else to know?
Thanks for any help!

I used to shoot with Doc on USAR team and he routinely broke 890 with his Wilson barreled.32 GSP. Handloaded ammo.

Unfortunately Dave no longer re barrels 32's. I had the opportunity to buy a Benelli with one of his barrels a few years ago and hesitated. We know the rest of that story.Jon Eulette wrote:I used to shoot with Doc on USAR team and he routinely broke 890 with his Wilson barreled.32 GSP. Handloaded ammo.

Do you need the 1350 g trigger for center fire?

I haven't weighed it yet to see what it is. What I'd like to get is a 2 stage trigger.Lightfoot wrote:Do you need the 1350 g trigger for center fire?

Re: GSP in .32?
Greetings,
Correction needed.
I did not rebarrel Doc Young's pistols. Dale Anesi was the man.
Doc Young and I merely exchanged load data and ways to improve the results.
Cheers,
Dave
