More to buy
With all the stuff I have bought to shoot this BE thing I find out Sunday at the club shoot that I missed a few things. I missed one of thos small clipboards for scoring and the right color pasters. I asked the guy shooting next to me if my white would be ok. He said he was sure they would bother him and laughed. I said I would try to keep all shots in the black then. Like that would happen. Thought i was going to run out of pasters and only shot the RF and the SF of the CF match. Saved one paster by totally missing the target backer. Came home and ordered that stuff and a nice mouse pad with the American Flag and a eagle to lay my gun on. Great sport it keeps me shopping. Don

Like Chris said, Masking tape.....you can keep it there under the premise that you can use it when you run out of stables and need to put a new center on.

I am just enough OCD that the torn edges bother me. I used my white dots but did have a roll of tape. DonChris Miceli wrote:Masking tape

I use a drawer liner between pistol and the table, Wal-Mart has the small clipboards, and I have up pasters for masking tape. A .97 roll of tape covers a lot of holes.

Another reason for masking tape is that in moist conditions, pasters may not stick well. Since you NEVER want the holes covered by pasters to be counted twice, it's not fun to watch 'em blow off.

Don't forget the "OH CRUD" option. That is when you walk down to score and repair and everyone else has a repair center and you have a full target in your hand. You can kind of fold them and make them look not so big when you carry them down there. Don't ask how I know about this.

The walk of shame after you put a rapid fire center up during slow fire.....LenV wrote:Don't forget the "OH CRUD" option. Do high masters have black pasters with the X pre-printed on them, so they can just repair the X-ring?
Re: More to buy
I did good just using the white ones. I get them at Walmart they are where the note pads are. They were out once or maybe I had been drinking and I bought several packs of the green, orange, pink. I was using them for practice and sticking the green in the 6 ring, orange in the 5 ring and pink in the 4 ring of the 50 foot target. Lots of color after 4 strings of ten. It really makes you try hard to shoot well so you don't have to put those pink ones up. Don
