Using  Starline brass, Zero HBWC, WST or B/E at 2.7 to 2.9g. Made up in a beautiful Star press setup to do 38 only.
Do you guys use this same formula for the long line and the short ?
700FPS ?

Yes to both lines. You'll be about 760-850 fps in that powder range.
