What front hood is on this Aimpoint?

A video with Brian Zins was recently posted on the NRAPubs Youtube channel. Great fundamentals stuff by Mr.Zins but his front sight hood peaked my curiosity. What is it and who makes it?

KC's seem a little short:



The shade in the video looks a bit longer. Maybe an optical delusion but I like how it goes to the front of the ejection port.

Maybe he used Scotch Magic tape and put two shades together.

Tott’s makes an extended tube version for the rear mount sights. I believe KC can supply them, just ask him.
