Is 22 LR Standard Velocity Ammo by Armscor any good for practice? Empty Is 22 LR Standard Velocity Ammo by Armscor any good for practice?

Is Armscor decent enough to use for practice ammo? Will it cycle a semi auto. Is it very dirty? 
Anyone have any experience with the stuff made in the last couple years?
Most reviews online appear to be older - positive but older 2+ years in most cases.

It is good for trigger control and sight alignment time.  But don't judge it on the group or score it gives you.  Consider it dryfire with a bang.
