Chambers Custom Tapered Sleeve Barrel Cone

I was reading older post from one of our Late Master Craftsman Jerry Keefer. He mentioned that he moved to the taper coned setup and it was in his option better. There are a few out there but are there any here in the bullseye community?

mine runs an 11 lb spring with 3.7 gr of E3 on a 167 gr bullet. At 3.4gr I need to go to a 10 lb spring for reliability...
