Pre-70 Gold Cup sear Empty Pre-70 Gold Cup sear

Ordered a new sear from EGW and now the trigger won’t release the hammer.  It’s as though the safety is on.  The Gold Cup sear has a radius where the EGW has a 90 degree angle.  Is this an issue or might I have another problem?

Maybe back out your overtravel screw and see if that’s preventing the trigger from going back far enough?
