Need help please. Found what I could, got the screw and spring off, next step in manual is to pull out cylinder off crane and that exposes retaining pin. Problem - no way is the cylinder pulling off/down on the crane. Tried to use mallot to no avail. Any concrete information that anyone knows about further disassembly? Nothing unscrews.
