Afternoon all. My pops just received his Accuracy X Series X. He’s pretty stoked. He attempted to install his Aimpoint and found that the Tott’s shades wouldn’t allow him access to the screw needed to attach the multi-sight to the pistol. I know people have to be using their Accuracy X with an Aimpoint that has shades. What’s the trick?

Drilling holes through the shades for access to screws.

Replace the Totts with Jon Shue’s shades…then you can reach the screws…otherwise you really don’t need every screw as there’s a unique block that fits up in the part.
