Remington R1 Empty Remington R1

Anyone have an R1 Enhanced? I'm wondering if these versions are worth the $$. So, owners...do you like yours, how do they compare with other production 1911s?

I have handled about 100 of these guns. I think they compare in quality to a Kimber but possibly better. And they interchange all 1911 parts I believe unlike all Kimbers.

I have an original R1, cast frame , forged slide.
Odd sight cuts. Machined mine for kensight replacements.

Like most, a fit bushing and a .200 slide stop pin made a serviceable service gun.
