HS Barrel Stud Tap

Does anyone have a HS barrel stud tap they'd be willing to loan me?

Not sure, it's oddball. HS makes a tap but hard to locate and expensive.

Aftermarket barrel studs have been produced with Metric threads, M7-0.75

The correct thread is 9/32-32, available at McMaster-Carr.

Double check the barrel stud to verify thread profile, Imperial or Metric.

I will search the Kave to see if I have one stored in a "safe place".

I have a 7mm -1, might have a 9/32-32.
As to thread profile Imperial/metric they are both 60 degrees.

Frank, I found 9/32-32 on eBay really cheap. Thanks
