HELP FOR POSTING Empty HELP FOR POSTING

I have 2 match bulletins that are in a PDF file that I need help in posting. Can someone please help walk me through the process. The "sticky" does not help me.

Push the Post Reply or New Topic button below.  On the new page, scroll down to Attach Files and add the PDFs.  Press the Submit button.


Do not use the Quick Reply below for anything except simple postings.  

It does not have all the features the Post Reply page does.
