Entry/match fees

I would like to hear from all areas of the country what the host club charges a competitor to enter a CMP/NRA three gun 2700 one day event.

We charge $20 for an approved 2700. 4.50 goes to the NRA per competitor and the remainder to the local club hosting the event.

I believe it was $105 or $110 for a NRA / CMP 2700 plus 3 EICs. EICs are most of it

NH State Championship 2700 is $65 and includes lunch. Then add on the EIC matches:
$20 for .22 EIC
$20 for SP EIC
$15 for DR match

I feel like those prices are fair, although coming from Service Rifle matches it’s fairly more expensive for a day on the range.

Do you know what the 2700 only cost was ? What part of the country ?

Area is northern Illinois and this was a few weeks ago. $10 entry fee for the day and $35 for the full 2700, so if just shooting the 2700 then $45 all-in.

Are they registered matches with NRA and/or CMP? Part of our match costs include the fees for those organizations and scores are submitted to them.

In AL we are $15 for a monthly 2700.
State and regional is $75 for 2700 plus the 2 EIC’s and revolver is $120.
We give out cheap trophies and lots of cash.

Ohio State matches are $65 plus $20 per EIC 
Lunch, trophy’s are provided.

NY is $50 NJ $40, both are offering lunch. Both are very nice events. Lots of effort going into making it enjoyable for all.

For a full three gun 2700 ?

Mostly they’re NRA Approved 1800s

I have been motoring South to shoot in Oregon. Approved 2700's at Emerald Empire Gun Club and Tri-County Gun Club are $10.00.

Arnold Rifle and Pistol Club in Arnold, MO charges $5 for club members and $20 for non-club members. They are NRA sanctioned for classification only without any awards other than bragging rights. Pioneer Gun Club near Odessa, MO charges $30 for everybody. Their matches are CMP sanctioned and they just started paying awards this year.
