calendar uses

Just wondering if the Calendar does anything worthwhile other than telling us what day it is?

Would it be possible to put match dates and links on it??

The web manager would have to give someone or everyone access, but yes it should be able to handle links or document uploads. Maybe space is an issue?

If someone could put together a database with a way to enter info. so we could sort by state, date or??, that would be ideal.

That's a nice format, I'm finding most states associations don't seem to give a rats a&S about posting pistol (red haired stepchild) matches.

When Joe Fobes handed the reins for the forum over to me, the Calendar was set up for only admin to add events.  Maybe it would be better if it was open to all members....
I'll look into changing that.

Can you users go to the calendar and let me know if you can see the "add an event" button on the bottom of the screen?  I checked and the permissions are set for members so if you are able to post, you should be able to make calendar events....

I think I got it.

Rob,  There is a button in the bottom right hand corner now and it bring up a screen a member should be able to fill out and set up a match.
