It does look like Cardinal will be around for a while and is growing.  

I'm assuming #1 is Sparta (beautiful complex) which is currently at the bad end the of ILL. budget woes, and I hope it doesn't loose all it's funding and close permanently, it was closed for 7 months.  I'm sure the ATA will try and save it for the Grand American but who knows how long they are willing to do that.  Maybe someone will take it private.

I get the impression that if (when?) the Cardinal Center creates a pistol range, they could handle the current Camp Perry activity plus have other things going on at the same time. I have been to Perry the last two years and have stayed at the Barracks. It will be interesting to see what similar accommodations might be available at or near Cardinal.

As far as the total participants, I can't really tell from the website. They were expecting approximately 3,000 between the SCTP and SASP events. Looks like there was about 300-350 SASP shooters.
